Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for IT solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend software, tools, and platforms to support business objectives and digital transformation.
- Create detailed business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses to justify technology investments.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business needs.
- Monitor and measure the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in healthcare IT, business analysis, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, preferably in healthcare or IT.
- Proven expertise in process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart for documentation and workflow mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
