Responsibility
- Analyze existing warehouse and logistics workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Document end-to-end business requirements and functional specifications for system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WMS solutions with internal ERP platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports on logistics operational efficiency.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies to improve picking, packing, and dispatch accuracy.
- Support change management initiatives by training staff on new procedures and digital tools.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Process Improvement role, preferably within a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and operational staff.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies or Kaizen principles.
- Ability to work on-site in Batu Kawan, Penang.
