Responsibility
- Manage and nurture relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals.
- Track and resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining a log of incidents and resolutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance vendor satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and vendor capabilities to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operational management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
