Responsibility

  • Process and respond to online inquiries from prospective franchisees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing franchise partners, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of franchisee interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate logistics for franchise onboarding, including training materials and resource distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedural guidelines in all operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
