Responsibility
- Process and respond to online inquiries from prospective franchisees in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide ongoing support to existing franchise partners, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of franchisee interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate logistics for franchise onboarding, including training materials and resource distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedural guidelines in all operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with franchise operations or the FMCG industry is a plus.
