Responsibility
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Sharia banking principles and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Represent BTPN Syariah at industry events, conferences, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Sharia banking principles and financial products.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and other regions as needed.
