Responsibility
- Drive regional business initiatives for ShopeePay (Card), including market expansion, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Optimize P&L performance by analyzing financial data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving revenue streams.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance card features, user experience, and overall product competitiveness.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and promotions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and technology teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management, strategy, or consulting, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with digital payments, e-wallets, or card products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
