Responsibility
- Lead and oversee business development strategies to identify and pursue new market opportunities in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, leveraging Mandarin language skills for effective communication.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to execute integrated business plans.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to stakeholders, showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience using Mandarin in a business or sales environment.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
