Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CIIT's presence in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and government agencies.
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Represent CIIT at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
