Responsibility
- Develop and execute TikTok-focused business development strategies to drive GMV growth and brand awareness in Bali and beyond.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-value KOLs, creators, and influencers to expand our partner network.
- Design and optimize data-driven influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and TikTok’s best practices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align BD efforts with overall business goals.
- Track and report KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion, ROI) to measure campaign success and refine strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and TikTok representatives.
- Stay ahead of TikTok’s algorithm changes and leverage new features (e.g., TikTok Shop, LIVE, Spark Ads) for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or influencer management, preferably in the e-commerce or social media space.
- Proven track record of driving GMV growth through KOL partnerships or performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, including content trends, monetization tools, and creator economy dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Excel) to derive actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate; familiarity with the local market is a significant advantage.
