Responsibility

  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the insurance sector across Bali.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present compelling, customized insurance solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and consistently exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports, demonstrating clear value propositions.
  • Represent Elitez Group at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the insurance industry.
  • Deep understanding of various insurance products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships effectively.
  • Results-oriented individual with a proactive, self-starter mentality and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
