Responsibility
- Identify and research potential publishers to expand our digital media network.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage and onboard new publishers.
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements with publishers.
- Monitor and analyze publisher performance metrics to optimize growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align publisher growth with business objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on market trends, competitor analysis, and publisher performance.
- Support the development of marketing materials and pitches for publisher acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities in digital media.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital media, advertising, or tech industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with publishers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, or publisher networks is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
