Responsibility
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Support business operations by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop professional skills in business administration.
- Assist in data entry, analysis, and presentation to support decision-making processes.
- Help organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in an office setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic business principles and administrative procedures.
