Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Support the full project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor system performance and process workflows to ensure continuous improvement and stability.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, flowcharts, and status reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a corporate or IT setting.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment.
- Strong background in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
