Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and report generation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project stakeholders on goals and timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence).
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in agile project management methodologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
