Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Gather, interpret, and document business requirements from stakeholders to develop clear and actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design, implement, and monitor data-driven strategies.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Familiarity with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
