Responsibility
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support the development of effective IT solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end requirement lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating with end-users for validation.
- Provide regular project status updates to internal management and external clients, ensuring transparency and expectation management.
- Identify potential project risks and work proactively with the development team to mitigate them.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in government-linked projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate workshops effectively.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar modeling tools.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
