Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancement initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support daily business application operations and provide expert troubleshooting to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.
- Monitor and report on SLA metrics to ensure high levels of service delivery and operational excellence.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate communication between business units and IT technical teams.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and impact analysis reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar functional role within an IT environment.
- Proven track record of supporting business applications and driving system improvements.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience working in SLA-driven environments.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools, documentation software, and process mapping (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to thrive in a contract-based environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
