We are seeking a high-performing Brand Product Solutions and Operations Manager to join our APAC team in Singapore.

In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between product innovation and operational excellence. You will focus on scaling our brand and measurement solutions, ensuring that advertisers across the APAC region can effectively reach their audience while precisely measuring the impact of their campaigns. Responsibility

  • Lead the regional operational strategy for brand-focused advertising products, ensuring seamless market adoption across APAC.
  • Partner with product management and engineering teams to provide market insights that influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new brand and measurement tools, tailored to regional market nuances.
  • Create and maintain operational playbooks and performance benchmarks to drive consistency and efficiency in ad campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with local sales and client solutions teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize campaign performance metrics.
  • Analyze measurement data to provide actionable insights for major brand clients, helping them maximize ROI on the TikTok platform.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for internal stakeholders on new product updates and measurement methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically within ad-tech, product operations, or performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand lift studies, attribution modeling, and digital media measurement metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex product features into clear business value.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
