Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market penetration in Bali and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform marketing decisions.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, optimizing ROI for all marketing activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market (preferably Bali) and cultural nuances is a significant advantage.
