Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage brand budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI on marketing investments.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, packaging, and visual identity in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, restaurants, or retail.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand storytelling.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional languages are a plus.
