Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of 360° marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to produce high-impact content (social media, videos, print, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee marketing communication strategies, including media planning, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) to optimize ROI.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts support business growth and customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful 360° campaign execution (portfolio or case studies preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and traditional channels (TV, print, OOH).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and marketing software (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in English.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for brand building.
