Responsibility
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and offline channels.
- Create compelling content and campaigns that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and community initiatives to foster relationships and drive brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with social media, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaign rollouts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Manage brand partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand reach and credibility.
- Track and report on KPIs and ROI of marketing initiatives to measure success and optimize performance.
- Contribute to product launches and promotional activities with innovative, data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with brand management, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
