Responsibility
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability in the apparel sector.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Lead merchandising initiatives, including product assortment, visual presentation, and inventory management to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and in-store) to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, to ensure profitability and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, supply chain) to align brand objectives with product development and distribution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the apparel industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, retail, or marketing within the apparel/garment industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, brand development, and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and financial analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, ERP).
