Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee brand identity consistency across all marketing assets, packaging, and store communications.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI and efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, supply chain, and sales teams to support new product launches.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as the brand steward, ensuring all activities align with Goldilocks Bakeshop's values and long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer research into actionable strategies.
- Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns and brand launches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in project management and budget tracking tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand positioning.
