As a Brand Executive, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic branding initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You will be responsible for crafting compelling brand stories, designing visually stunning campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic branding concepts and creative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and digital teams to create cohesive and visually compelling brand assets.
- Oversee the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards in all communications and marketing materials.
- Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of brand storytelling and content strategies to engage target audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic branding work.
- Proven experience in developing and executing branding strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, brand identity, and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
