Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic brand plans to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth for Cimory’s product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and digital marketing, to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation.
- Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, packaging designs, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies, influencers, and media outlets, to amplify brand reach.
- Support the Brand Marketing Supervisor in reporting brand performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content management systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
