Responsibility
- Represent leading brands professionally at events, trade shows, and promotional activations in Bali.
- Engage with potential customers, delivering compelling brand messages and product demonstrations.
- Execute promotional campaigns, including setup, teardown, and on-site logistics, ensuring seamless event operations.
- Collect and report customer feedback, insights, and sales leads to the marketing team for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of assigned brands, products, and target audiences to tailor interactions effectively.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials, samples, and merchandise, ensuring availability for all events.
- Uphold brand standards and professionalism in all customer interactions, fostering positive brand perception.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage diverse audiences with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Passion for brand storytelling and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event landscape or prior experience in experiential marketing is advantageous.
