Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Aficionado’s market position in Bali and Indonesia.
  • Lead the commercialization of new products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand values and market demands.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor brand performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and media partners.
  • Oversee the development of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Drive digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, commercialization, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
