Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Aficionado’s market position in Bali and Indonesia.
- Lead the commercialization of new products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand values and market demands.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor brand performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and media partners.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Drive digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, commercialization, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and brand positioning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
