Responsibility
- Conduct regular analysis of brand sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and digital, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders, highlighting insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Support the coordination of product launches, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct consumer research and gather feedback to refine brand messaging and positioning.
- Assist in managing the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in creating reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is a plus.
