Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Plan and manage high-impact events, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop creative briefs and lead creative brainstorms to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt global brand messaging for local market relevance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in brand management, event marketing, or experiential activations.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends within the Singaporean market.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures.
  • Creative thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and MS Office Suite.
