Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to drive growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Ensure inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain efficiency.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or retail operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
