Responsibility

  • Handle daily branch cashiering operations, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and reports.
  • Conduct professional screening and jet-screening of insurance applications to ensure all requirements meet company standards.
  • Process and issue insurance policies within established authority limits, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all branch transactions and policy applications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in applications or financial accounts.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to branch leadership to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, data privacy regulations, and financial compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cashiering, branch operations, or administrative support, preferably within the insurance or banking industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse clients.
