Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to consistently meet or exceed financial, operational, and sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive branch profitability and market share growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards across all branch operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities to optimize sales and reduce costs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, sales leadership, or branch operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to drive business growth.
