As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless workflows across sales, customer service, and administrative functions. Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring alignment with company policies, standards, and KPIs.
- Supervise and optimize workflows in sales, customer service, and inventory management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and train branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team adherence to service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, including health, safety, and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, sales targets, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues to maintain satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Support the Branch Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, sales operations, or a similar leadership role, preferably in the automotive or consumer electronics sector.
- Proven track record in team leadership, operational management, and customer service excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and retail management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
