Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee sales, service, and administrative teams, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and mentorship.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, to ensure profitability.
- Enhance customer experience by resolving escalations, improving service standards, and building long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Honda’s policies, local regulations, and safety protocols across all branch activities.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and inventory management.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in Bali’s automotive and logistics landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch or operations management, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, and inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics in Bali and the broader Indonesian automotive sector.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are advantageous.
