Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic tests on commercial and passenger vehicles using advanced tools (e.g., OBD scanners, oscilloscopes).
- Repair and maintain electrical and electronic systems, including wiring, sensors, and control units.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues in NFZ and PKW.
- Install, configure, and calibrate mechatronic components such as ABS, ESP, and engine management systems.
- Document all service and repair work accurately in digital maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve service efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Certified KFZ-Mechatroniker (Automotive Mechatronics Technician) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing commercial vehicles (NFZ) and passenger cars (PKW).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software (e.g., Bosch KTS, Autel, Launch X431).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, CAN bus, and hybrid/electric vehicle technologies (a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
