Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve branch sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and improve branch performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
