Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve monthly sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team training and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
