Responsibility

  • Develop and implement branch growth strategies aligned with regional and corporate objectives to expand market share in Bali.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach branch teams to exceed sales targets, service standards, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Analyze local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and tailor service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Risk, Product) to launch campaigns, promotions, and financial solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor branch performance KPIs (e.g., deposit growth, loan disbursements, NPS) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks in all branch operations.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by training staff on service excellence, digital banking tools, and relationship-building techniques.
  • Represent the bank at community events, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility and trust.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields; MBA or professional banking certifications (e.g., CFP, ABA) are a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Branch Manager, Area Sales Head).
  • Proven track record of driving branch profitability, revenue growth, and team performance in a competitive market.
  • Strong coaching and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, wealth management) and digital banking trends.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in local dialects (e.g., Balinese) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel occasionally for regional meetings.
