Responsibility
- Assist the Leadman and Appraiser in managing daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Process customer transactions, including pawn loans, redemptions, and payments, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control branch operating expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, including financial summaries and operational metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Assist in the appraisal process by organizing and documenting items, ensuring proper valuation and secure storage.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in finance, administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clerical, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in the financial or pawnshop industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
