Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end management of Modern Trade and General Trade Accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales transactions, and customer interactions using company systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong client relationships.
- Support branch operations by preparing reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in promotional activities, product displays, and marketing initiatives to drive branch performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
