Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal workflow.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle customer and employee inquiries, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for the branch.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for branch management.
- Implement and monitor administrative systems to enhance productivity and service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
