Responsibility
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines.
- Generate and manage BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to BIM execution plans.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Specialist or similar role, with proficiency in Revit.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with other BIM tools such as Navisworks or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards is an advantage.
