In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring that all billing processes are handled with maximum efficiency and accuracy.
As a key member of our Accounting department, you will bridge the gap between our operational achievements and our financial records. You will handle end-to-end billing preparation and serve as a primary point of contact for resolving billing inquiries, ensuring that both internal stakeholders and our valued external customers receive timely and professional support. Responsibility
- Accurately prepare and process customer billings in compliance with company policies and service agreements.
- Verify data integrity between operational systems and billing records to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Proactively communicate with internal departments to clarify billing requirements and resolve pending issues.
- Attend to customer billing queries via phone or email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor accounts for billing status updates and ensure all invoices are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all billing-related documentation.
- Support the Accounting team in monthly closing activities and financial report preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a billing, accounting, or administrative support role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they possess strong analytical skills).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex billing information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict departmental deadlines.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage.
