Responsibility
- Lead and manage outsourcing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Develop and implement process transformation strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for outsourced accounting functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within outsourcing operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on outsourcing operations.
- Proven track record in process transformation and operational efficiency improvements.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
