Responsibility
- Manage and organize digital filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation in both Spanish and English.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones for international teams.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and presentations in both languages.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, newsletters, and announcements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello) is a plus.
- Based in Bali or authorized to work remotely from Indonesia with a stable internet connection.
