Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end artwork management and packaging innovation projects from conception to market launch.
- Act as the primary point of contact for bilingual stakeholders, facilitating clear communication between Mandarin-speaking partners and global teams.
- Track project timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence using enterprise project management tools.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean methodologies to improve artwork approval workflows.
- Manage risk documentation and provide regular project status reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with FMCG regulatory standards and brand identity guidelines across all international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, supply chain, and marketing, to drive project milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- 2+ years of professional experience in artwork management, packaging coordination, or project management within CPG or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or SAP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
