Responsibility
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to clients regarding benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and policy inquiries.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline benefits processes and improve client communication materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify trends in client inquiries and escalate recurring issues to management for process improvements.
- Conduct outreach to clients to educate them on benefits options, deadlines, and eligibility requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics to track performance metrics and client feedback.
- Stay updated on benefits regulations, company policies, and industry best practices to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or benefits administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and benefits administration platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote or office-based environment.
- Associateās or Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a multinational company or BPO setting is highly desirable.
