Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of bids, proposals, and tender documents in compliance with government and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to gather necessary information and documentation for proposals.
- Maintain an organized database of past bids, contracts, and relevant materials for quick reference and reuse.
- Monitor tender opportunities, deadlines, and updates from government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, adhering to strict formatting and procedural guidelines.
- Draft and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and cost estimates.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing, industry trends, and client needs to strengthen bid strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the Government Representative, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with bid management software is advantageous.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of government tender processes and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
