Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable BI solutions and dashboards using enterprise-grade tools.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to BI developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous learning.
- Translate complex business requirements into high-level technical specifications and data models.
- Ensure data integrity and performance optimization across all reporting pipelines and data warehouses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Implement and manage data governance policies to ensure security, compliance, and accuracy.
- Research emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the organizational BI stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Warehousing roles.
- Proven expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data architecture, cloud warehousing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data modeling concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams or acting in a senior consultative capacity.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
